Full Terms and Conditions for Using pkluck2

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between pkluck2 ("Platform", "we", "us") and you ("User", "you"). pkluck2 operates an online Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

These terms apply to pkluck2's website, mobile application, and all related services. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that online betting is legal in your place of residence or location, and that you are using this service voluntarily.

Pkluck2 currently accepts payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳50,000 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within 12 to 24 hours on business days. Processing may take slightly longer on weekends.

• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made
• For suspicious transactions, pkluck2 may place a hold on withdrawals pending verification
• Deposited funds cannot be directly withdrawn ("chargeback")
• Pkluck2 does not charge for deposits, though fees from your mobile banking provider may apply

A bet placed on pkluck2 is considered final once accepted. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation, so please review your selections carefully before placing.

Pkluck2 reserves the right to decline any bet or part of a bet. For unusually large or suspicious betting patterns, we may withhold payment pending review.

• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly during live matches. We reserve the right to void any live bet placed at erroneous odds.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes will be returned.
• Parlay Bet: If one leg of a parlay is cancelled, the parlay will continue with the remaining legs and the odds will be recalculated.
• Erroneous Odds: pkluck2 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were published due to an obvious human or technical error.
• Result Determination: Results are determined based on official outcomes from internationally recognized sports governing bodies.

Pkluck2 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, detailed on the respective offer page. General bonus conditions are as follows:

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only, once per person
• Applicable wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn
• Bets placed using bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher
• Bonuses must be used within a specified validity period; any unused bonus will expire after that date
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkluck2. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Using the platform for illegal or criminal activities
• Use for money laundering or financing of terrorism
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pkluck2's systems
• Using another user's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information
• Operating an account under a false or stolen identity
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or group

Pkluck2 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence of fraud or misconduct
• Incomplete KYC verification
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months)
• Court or regulatory authority orders
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or account closure application)

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Before closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid funds in your account; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.

For inactive accounts with no activity for 12 months, a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may be deducted. Once the account balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically closed.
